NY State Bill 4779-B (same as A06702C) As per the bill: A health care practitioner may administer vaccines for any person UP TO the age of eighteen, without the consent or knowledge of his or her parents or guardians, WITHOUT REGARD FOR THE PERSONS AGE, if the person consents... All they'll have to do to persuade a child is give them a lollipop for them to say yes and have consent. Children are being targeted.
