Jan 24, 2010 - if you wanna gain muscle mass try doing compound lifts like bench press, squats, deadlifts, pullups pretty much anything where you are working out more then one muscle group. The more mucles you are working the more testosterone is released to your muscles which helps them grow bigger. change up your workouts at least every 4 weeks. dont stick with just trying to build muscle in your arms. otherwise it gets boring and repetative.
