Delmar High School Wildcats Delaware State Football Champs 2009. Delmar Fire Dept and Police Dept parade escorting the team back to the high school upon returning home. Parade started at State Line Plaza and traveled thru town to the school. Filmed from inside Brush 74-0. This is the first leg, starting at the staging area waiting for the buses to arrive then escorting the buses from State Line Plaza onto E. State Street (SR 54).
