On September 17, the York County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to approve Lafayette Gun Club’s application for a site plan update. This application included a request to make modest facilities upgrades that will allow them to better serve the shooting community in York County.
Next Tuesday, September 17 at 7:00 p.m., the York County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to discuss the Lafayette Gun Club’s application for a site plan update. A final vote by the county board is expected to take place after this public hearing. This application includes a request to make modest facilities upgrades that will allow them to better serve the shooting community in York County. Archaeologists Finally Open Coffin Found Near Richard III’s Burial Site — and Are Surprised at What They Find
LONDON (AP) — A team of archaeologists said Monday it has unearthed an unusual coffin-within-a-coffin in the central England parking lot where it found the skeleton of King Richard III, and that they hope to identify the remains within.
University of Leicester scientists have been digging at the Grey Friars site in Leicester after finding the body of Richard there in September. He died nearby in 1485 at the Battle of Bosworth Field.
The U.S. Department of Justice website is down this evening. It appears it may have been knocked offline by a hacker. Stay tuned for updates.
It is unclear whether Anonymous was responsible. Other hackers, some of them linked to Anonymous, are claiming credit:
