Kansas congressman: Trusting Obama with border security like trusting Bill Clinton with your daughter
Predictably, there were two kinds of reactions on Twitter. The first kind of reaction was “loved it”:

Today’s Benghazi hearing was long overdue, and the first-hand testimony from whistleblowers Gregory Hicks, Eric Nordstrom and Mark Thompson opened quite a few eyes to the game of political hot potato that’s been played in Washington these last few months. The hearing left quite a few wanting to hear more — preferably under oath — from some of the other players, such as Cheryl Mills, general counsel and chief of staff to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The heavy police presence seen outside of Congressman Mike Rogers’ Howell home on Saturday night was called there because of an “unfortunate prank,” the congressman said in a statement.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department told Lansing affiliate WILX that it was “a high-priority situation.” Police cleared the scene by 10:45 p.m. Saturday.
Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) on Friday admitted that he has “a little egg” on his face, courtesy of Republicans.

Rep. Raul Labrador (R-Idaho) actually fired spokesman Phil Hardy this week over an extremely awkward tweet was posted on the congressman’s official Twitter account during the Super Bowl.
“Me likey Broke Girls,” the tweet read. The message was reportedly posted shortly after a risqué commercial for the CBS sitcom “2 Broke Girls,” in which the show’s two female stars danced around a stripper pole.
