Breitbart’s Mary Chastain has passed along a handout of safety tips from her pediatrician’s office. Among the directives: keep the kids away from lawn mowers, make them wear bike helmets, and never have a gun in the home. Not even one of those cute Hello Kitty AR-15s.

As Twitchy reported, one of President Obama’s 23 executive actions signed last month clarifies that doctors are allowed to ask patients about guns in their homes. The executive action provides a workaround of a provision in Obamacare preventing the government from collecting any information relating to “lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition.”
