Through January 4 Dreamhost has a really good promo. When and if you sign up just ignore the promo code on the main page. Then click signup and click on host a domain name and the two year plan and enter 202 where it asks for promo code.

You will get two years hosting for aproximately $21.48 . That is only about 95 cents a month.
